80Frank “Frankie Boy” Ruiz, 27, of Honolulu died in Ho no lulu. He was born in Sacramento, Calif. He is survived by daughter Kyrie, father Richard, mother Valerie Boxall, stepfather Jack Boxall, brother Emiliano, sisters Killeen Ruiz and Maxcine Hope, and grandparent Lurline Hope. Services: 11 a.m. today at Church of Christ, 1732 Keeaumoku St., Honolulu. Aloha attire.
