Pansy Hung Sim Ching, 79, of Honolulu, retired owner of Peach Flooring Inc., died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Darrick, daughters Nanette Koga and Nadine Dawson, and five grandchildren. Services: 5:30 p.m. Saturday at Toho No Hikari Church, 3510 Nuuanu Pali Drive.
