71Evangeline Vidad Ramelb, 51, of Kahuku died in the Queen’s Medical Center. She was born in Abaca Bangui, Philippines. She is survived by husband Cesario Ramelb, sons Charlie and Clifford, parents Loreto and Jesusa Vidad, two brothers, eight sisters and two grandchildren.
