He is survived by sons Preston "Kaimi" Carreira, Seth Ako and Alapaki Paiva; parents Fred and Elaine "Taguchi"; brother Kyle; sister Kristal Ilae; and companion Leah "My Baebae" Kapahu. Visitation: 4:30 p.m. Saturday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 5:30 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
