Walter Yin Choy Chang, 82, of Honolulu, a retiree and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Sylvia S.W., son Eugene, daughter Pauline Chin, brother Francis, sisters Helen Wong and Hazel Amen, and six grandchildren. Private services.
