Heen Lee Chang, 92, of Honolulu, a retired McCully Chop Suey Restaurant kitchen helper, died in Nuuanu Hale. She was born in Canton, China. She is survived by sons Alfred and Shui L., daughters Sharleen Yeung and Cecilia Chang, sister Siu Jane Lau, 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Thursday at Borthwick Mortuary. Burial: 2 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park.
