Thompson Jr., 86, of Reno, Nev., formerly of Hono�lulu, a retired United Airlines aircraft maintenance foreman and a veteran of the Navy Reserve, Army, Army Air Corps and Air Force, died in Reno. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Thomas D., daughters Liberta M. Fifield and Terri R. Thompson, brothers Daniel M. and Frank C., sister Caroline P. Akana-Baker, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Thursday at Borthwick Mortuary. Eulogy: 9 a.m. Burial: 10 a.m. atHawaiian Memorial Park. Casual attire. No flowers.
