Howard Francis Yap, 76, of Pukalani, Maui, an AMFAC Construction Building Materials retiree, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Paia, Maui. He is survived by wife Ellen M., son Radford A.; daughters Tanya A. Comeaux and Terry L. Yap, sisters Lorraine Roberts and Germaine Eagan, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
