He is survived by wife, Neri L. Pagay; daughters, Carolyn C. (Dionisio) Locquiao, Cynthia A. (Gary) Yates of CA; son, Francisco (Luzviminda) Pagay Jr; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; brother, Rosario F. Pagay of Philippines.
Visitation 10:00 a.m. Friday (May 20) at St Joseph Catholic Church; (94-675 Farrington Hwy., Waipahu) Mass 12:00 p.m. Burial 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual Attire. Flowers Welcome.
