Peter Turner Dyer, 67, of Kaneohe, a retired Windward Community College provost, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. He is survived by wife Darleen, daughter Jennifer L., stepsons Brennon and Vaughn Morioka, stepdaughter Kari Morioka, sister Kathryn and four grandchildren. Graveside services: 3 p.m. Friday at Hawaiian Memorial Park, Koolau Circle. Casual attire. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to charity.
