He is survived by son Leonard Luis, daughter Lokelani Ramos, mother Rita Holloway, brothers Lee Boren and Kevin Holloway, sister Lisa Zepeda and two grandchildren. Gathering: 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Ramos home, 187855 Kolenelio Road, Mountain View, Hawaii. Scattering of ashes to follow. Casual attire.
