James Hawkins Loomis Jr., 70, of Kailua-Kona, a chief executive officer and president of a construction hardware company, died. He was born in Pasadena, Calif. He is survived by wife Lorraine, son Thomas Prochow, daughters Melinda and Lisa, and brother Richard. Private services.
