Stanley R. Atkins, 81, of Kaneohe, a retired Honolulu police lieutenant and an Army corporal, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Jay and Stanley, daughter Dayna, sisters Helen Hunt and Alice Ryan, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
