MARY (MARGIE) JARDIN MOLINA

Loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on May 12, 2011, at the age of 92. She was born in Paia, Maui and resided on Oahu for most of her adult life. She retired from Sacred Hearts’ Academy after teaching Home Economics for 25 years. She enjoyed seeing her many former students around town and remembered them well. Prior to her retirement, she was very active in church and community organizations as well as the University Extension Service. Mary found great joy in doing intricate arts and crafts projects which she shared with family and friends.

She was predeceased by her husband of 66 years, Tony Molina. She is survived by daughters, Kathy Rowe (Val), Carol Pregill, Barbara Kooker (Rick), Rose Marie Lopez; grandchildren, Kelley Ann Chun (Andy), Anthony Rowe, Michael Pregill (Lily), Marc Lopez, Kate Beyer (Adam); great-grandchildren, Lucas Chun, Gabrielle Chun.

She passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at The Queen’s Medical center. She will live on in our hearts forever.

VISITATION FROM 10:00 A.M. ON WEDNESDAY, JUNE 8, 2011, AT ST. PATRICK’S CHURCH; FUNERAL MASS AT 11:00 AM. INTERNMENT TO FOLLOW AT DIAMOND HEAD MEMORIAL PARK.
