Rhoda Ann Ohashi, 48, of Makawao, Maui, a cashier and clerk at Kaiser Permanente, Maui Lani Clinic, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born on Lanai. She is survived by husband Dave D., sons Brandon and Devon, daughter Misty, father Richard Sabino, mother Glenda "Lee" Sabino, brothers Richard "Glen Boy" and Ric-Shane Sabino, and sisters Sandra Tokunaga and Richelle Aperto.
