Denise Patricia Martin-Smith, 57, of Waianae, a homemaker, died in Hawaii Medical Center West. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Dan Smith; hanai daughter Raisa; mother Mildred; brother Jim; and sisters Cindy, Darlene and Sharon. Celebration of life: 11 a.m. June 12 at Keawe Estate, 85-1149 Waianae Valley Road.
