Dwayne “Dino†Ortiz, 50, of Honolulu, an Operative Plasterers’ and Cement Masons’ International Association Local 630 plasterer, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Brian and Dwayne D. Jr.; daughters Brianne and Brandi; father Daniel Sr.; brothers Daniel Jr., Derek, Dean and Darren; sisters Doreen Fujiyama, Donna Vereze, Darilyn Lum, Dale Rodrigues, Dinah-Lin Livesay, Davalin Yoshii, Doretta Hedani and Desireen Tin-Loy; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Wednesday at Ark Christian Center, 45-1141 Kamehameha Highway. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park. Aloha attire. No flowers.
