81Feliciano Valdez Mamaclay Sr., 91, of Waipahu died in Honolulu. He was born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Marcela R., sons Patricio R. and Felciano R. Jr., daughters Fe Memaclay-Marcelino and Marcelita Mamaclay-Rita, and 13 grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Friday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Casual attire.
