75Dr. Douglas McDowell “Doc” Rogers, 65, of Kailua-Kona, a retired Kona Community Hospital emergency room physician and fisherman, died in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in Summit, N.J. He is survived by wife Edwardine Reis-Rogers, son Stephens, daughters Kelly Okoji and Shayn Miyasato, mother Gladys, brother Thomas, sister Ann and five grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. Saturday at Calvary Community Church, 76-4295 Leilani St. Services: 4 p.m.
