Io Esau, 64, of Waipahu, a former Waipahu Intermediate School employee, died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Aunu’u, American Samoa. She is survived by sons Tautalasoo and Faamoemoega Alaiafune, Jason Esau, Jonathan Misikeniseli and Saitaua Lefau; brother Maota; sisters Lualua’i and Faaofo; and five grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Friday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 11:30 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
