Wilmoth Sharratt "Puna" Neill, 64, of Mountain View, Hawaii, a retired mason in commercial construction, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by companion Roberta Kyle; son Vincent; daughters Leah and Charlene; hanai daughter Autumn Kyle; brothers Peter, John, Alexander Jr., Philip and Stephen Neill, and Robert Legzdin; sisters Helen Burns, Winifred Walker, Carol Fisher, Linda Aken, Edith Navarro, Alexis Tokuda and Johnette Neill; and five grandchildren.
