Elsie Matsue Tome, 80, of Honolulu, a retired restaurant owner, died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Jack S.; daughters Lorraine N. Suehiro, Lillian S. Claggett and Joanne M. Malm; brother Takeo Nakasone; sisters Nancy T. Gibo and Tammi Y. Shigemi; and six grandchildren. Visitation: 2 p.m. Friday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 3 p.m. No flowers.
