Margaret Hatsuno Yamashiro, 99, of Keaau, Hawaii, a retired state Department of Education administrator, died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Wailea, Hawaii. She is survived by brother Toshio and sisters Asako Chinen and Ayako You. Private services. No monetary offerings.
