JOHN "BIG JOHN" SANFORD KIM CHOY KAUINANA
Age 64, of Mililani, Hawaii, passed away June 5, 2011 in Aiea. Born July 16, 1946 in Honolulu, Hawaii. John was a graduate of Kaimuki High School and Boise State University. He was a retired Athletic Director from Mililani High School.
He is survived by wife, Sharon Kauinana; son, Jason Yamashita; brother, Junius (Glorianne) Kauinana, Jr. of CA; sister, Donya Huff; numerous nieces,nephews, uncles, aunts, & cousins.
Visitation 4:00 p.m. Sunday (June 26) at John Kauinana Stadium at Mililani High School (95-1200 Meheula Parkway, Mililani); Celebration of Life 5:00 p.m. No flowers, please.
