80Sueo “Joe” Matsuyama, 83, of Lihue, a Lihue Plantation driver instructor, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Kapaia, Kauai. He is survived by daughters Debra Okuno, Joni Cabot and Iris Manoi, seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Services at a later date.
