James D. Ramos, 78, of Lawndale, Calif., an avionics aeronautical engineer for Rockwell, Lockheed, Boeing, Northrop, Hughes, Litton Industries and others, died in Torrance Memorial Hospital in California. He was born in Pepeekeo, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Hilary L. and daughters Christie Dennett and Cathy Ramos. Services held.
