79Manly Anderson, 68, of Puhi, Kauai, a construction equipment operator, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Manly Jr.; daughter Lydia; brothers Francis, Andrew and Melvin; sister Dorcas Reyes and Carrie Mittchel; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Scattering of ashes: 11 a.m. today at the first buoy at Nawiliwili Boat Harbor. Luncheon to follow at his home, 4411 Mua St., Puhi.
