He is survived by wife, Huong Thi Thien Dao; sons, Edward (Alison) Perales, Joseph (Charmel) Perales, Richard (Tremaine) Perales; step-son, Quang Dao; daughters, Theresa (Ronald) Nakayama, Catherine Perales; step-daughters, An Dao, Ly Dao; sister, Frances (Fernando) Ortega; 17 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; numerous nephews and nieces.
