Takeo Arakaki, 91, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaiian Tuna Packers refrigeration engineer, died in Nuuanu Hale. He was born in Pearl City. He is survived by wife Betty K., sons David Oishi and Randal T. Arakaki, daughter Clairelane C. Yoshioka, sisters Doris M. Oshiro and Alice A. Smith, 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m.
