Hayakawa, Janice R. Madigan and Wendi M. Okano-Kim; brother Stanley K.; sister Mildred E. Nahina; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 3 p.m. Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary.
