Marshall Iwao Sakai, 64, of Kaneohe, a state Department of Land and Natural Resources electrical engineer and an Army veteran, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Sharon S., son Jonathan A., daughter Stacie S. and sisters Edna T. and Harriet H. Visitation: 5 p.m. Tuesday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
