74Amy Fumiko Koga, 63, of Honolulu, died in the Queen’s Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Clyde, daughter Michelle Kadomoto, stepson Chad, stepdaughter Kristin Barto, mother Phyllis Komori, brother Paul Komori, sisters Karen Russell and Marie Nagasawa, a grandchild and seven step-grandchildren. Services: 6:30 p.m. Monday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Casual attire. No flowers.
