Alejandro Torres, 73, and wife Minnie “Mildred” Torres, 76, of Pahoa, Hawaii, both retirees, died. He was born in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico. She was born in Hono-lulu. They are survived by son Bernard “Randy” Salsedo, hanai daughter Jody Kiambao, a grandchild and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by brothers Gabriel Rodrigues and Edward and Randal Matias; and sisters Elizabeth Perez, Judy Matias and Esther Shibata. Services: 1 p.m. today at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire. Flowers optional.
