75Toni Lynn Bailey, 55, of Hilo, a retired food server on Kauai, died at home. She was born in Arizona. She is survived by daughter Tishanna B. Ben and brothers William D. and Jimmy Z. Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Wailoa State Park, Hilo. Additional services: noon July 17 at Poipu Beach Park, Kauai.
