Victor Ayala, 83, of Kaneohe, a retired city Road Division mechanic and an Air National Guard staff sergeant, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Elizabeth; daughters Regina Labasan, Renette Heart, Ruth Plemer, Victoria Harpine and Vivian Yamaguchi; brother Robert; 18 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
