Earl Ken Matsuoka, 64, of Honolulu, a retired state Judiciary deputy sheriff, Sheraton Waikiki security investigator and an Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by brother Cy K. Visitation: noon Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 1 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
