Thomas Iwao Onoyama, 65, of Aiea, a U.S. government Department of the Army chief liaison officer and an Army veteran, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Tomoko, son Kenric, daughters Kimiko Mead and Kimberly Morris, brother Wayne, 10 grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
