Rafael Ibe Ragasa Sr., 85, of Puhi, Kauai, a retired mechanic for Del Monte Corp. of Molokai, mechanic and an Army veteran, died in Garden Isle Healthcare. He was born in St. Cruz, Philippines. He is survived by son Ralph Jr., daughters Erlinda Velasco and Carol Beadle, brother Rosario, sisters Josefina Iloreta and Caridad Asuncion, and eight grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Saturday at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Kalaheo. Mass: 10:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Hanapepe Veterans Cemetery.
