Walter Hatsuji Fujimoto, 90, of Honolulu, a retired Beniya Shokudo food caterer, Tire Recap Service sales representative and an Army veteran, died. He was born in Captain Cook, Kona, Hawaii. He is survived by son Clyde S., brothers Larry and Edwin, sisters Bessie K. Matsuyama and Mildred M. Muramoto, and two grandchildren. Private services.
