79Francisca Ceria Alvarez, 94, of Clayton, Calif., a homemaker, died in Antioch, Calif. She was born in Magsingal, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. She is survived by son Rudolfo, daughters Veneranda Alvear and Avelina Sison, brother Hipolito Ceria, sister Victoria Tolete, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
