77Jay Russell Harden Jr., 74, of Honolulu, a retired condominium property manager and member of city Neighborhood Board No. 5 (St. Louis-Kapahulu-Diamond Head), died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Los Angeles. He is survived by son Dana S. and life partner Wilson Frost Jr. Services pending. Donations suggested to Shriners Hospital for Children-Honolulu.
