74Katherine Elizabeth "Lina" Olinares, 50, of Kailua-Kona, a waitress at the former Ocean View Inn, died in Kona Community Hospital. She was born in Kealakekua, Hawaii. She is survived by husband Garrett, daughters Lynette Kam and Lyanne Olinares, father Kenneth Kam Sr., brothers Kenneth Jr. and Benson Kam, sisters Francine Rindlisbacher and Raenette Larsen, and two grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Kailua-Kona. Additional visitation: 8 a.m. Saturday at the church. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Kona Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
