74Annie Pascua Agustin, 60, of Honolulu, an Ala Moana Hotel housekeeper, died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Piddig, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by husband Teodorico A. Teodoro, son Gerald, daughter Catherine Baitlon, brothers Leonencio and Patricio Pascua, sisters Imelda Calisaan and Rosalinda Pascua, and four grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. Monday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Services: 7 p.m. Sunday and 11 a.m. Monday. Burial: 2 p.m. at Valley of the Temples. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
