72David Schafer “Schaf” Anderson, 56, of Lake Havasu City, Ariz., a carpenter, died in Las Vegas. He was born in Ashland, Wis. He is survived by son Curt, stepson Chad Rasmussen and stepdaughter Shannon Rasmussen. Scattering of ashes: 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the Elks Club, Waikiki. Casual attire. No flowers.
