78Teresita Tabas Ballesteros, 71, of Lanai, a Lanai Elementary and High School cafeteria employee, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Toon Lapas Abra, Philippines. She is survived by husband Fernando B.; son Ferdinand; daughter Florence Ramnarine; stepson Francis; stepdaughter Leonora Etrata; brothers Calixto and Albino Tabas; sisters Margarita Dalit, Goring Clarabal and Huling Ortiz; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Night wake: 5 p.m. Monday at Nakamura Mortuary. Services: 7 p.m. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Christ the King Church. Mass: 11:30 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Maui Memorial Park.
