IDA KAMAKAHUKILANI LEE
Ida K. Lee, age 98, passed away on April 22, 2011 in Bellevue, Washington. Born Feb. 17, 1913, in Honolulu, Hawaii, she was the daughter of the late Henry E.P. Kekahuna and Ida Ferreira Kekahuna. Henry E.P. Kekahuna was a noted Hawaiian historian. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles S.F. Lee, Sr. and her son, Charles S.F. Lee , Jr. She is survived by daughters Alethea Lee Caspers, Austin, Texas; Challiss Leilani Vanich-Angkul, Khon Kaen, Thailand; and son Carlson "Bunny" Lee, Bellevue,Wa.; 5 grand children and 3 great grand children. Services will be held Saturday, July 30th, 2011. A gathering of family and friends will commence at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 5919 Kalanianaole Hwy, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96821. A Mass celebrating her life will begin at 11:00 a.m.
