74Rodrigo Caraang "Rudy" Nicolas, 93, of Waipahu, a retired pastor at Bible Baptist Church in Batac City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, and a retired carpenter, died. He was born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by sons Frank, Fernie Sr. and Philip; daughters Rebecca Cabanero and Edith Torio; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Thursday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Additional services and burial to be held at a later date in Batac City. Casual attire. No flowers.
