78Richard Kazuo Umeno, 97, of Hilo, a bookkeeper at the former Bevway Corp. in Hilo, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. He was born in Keaau, Hawaii. He is survived by sons Douglas and Dennis; daughters Patricia Ah Sing, Irma Imai and Lois Wakida; sister Fujie Murakami; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
