73Federico Mendoza “Rico” Madamba, 91, of Honolulu, a retired chef at La Ronde Restaurant, Ala Moana, died in Honolulu. He was born in Pasaquin, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Mercedes S., daughters Mildred Tangonan and Melissa Madamba, and six grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Friday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6 p.m. Additional visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 2824 Omilo Lane, Kalihi. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
