Leighton Hoeha MacLoves Fafard, 66, of Kaneohe, a Matson Terminal retiree, retired bricklayer mason and an Air Force veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Aiea. He is survived by wife Karolyn A.M.; son Leighton H. Jr.; daughters Leigina Fafard-Kaaihue and Leiricia F. Maluafiti; brothers James E.K. MacLoves, and Robert C. and Raymond R. Fafard; sisters Jeanette L. Linville and Joyce P. Nielson; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:15 p.m. Saturday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary, 20 S. Kukui St., Honolulu. Services: 7 p.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
